Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, if any rule, rate or charge published in another tariff by or for the account of D. T. Chicagoland Express, Inc., d/b/a CXI Trucking, on the same service or from and to the same points is different from the applicable rule, rate, or charge shown in this tariff, then the rule, rate and/or charge in this tariff will apply.
